Return & Refund Policy – Joybii

We offer a 30-day return policy. To be eligible, items must be unused, in original condition and packaging, with tags and proof of purchase.

Once your return is approved, we’ll provide return instructions. Items sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damaged or Wrong Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.

Exchanges

To exchange an item, return the original product first and place a new order separately.

Refunds
