At JOYBII, we aim to deliver your order within 3–7 business days across Pakistan.
Please note:
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
Delivery may take longer during busy seasons or due to order verification.
Online payments are subject to payment approval and fraud checks before dispatch.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, payment will be collected upon delivery.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive tracking details via email or SMS.
We charge a flat shipping fee of PKR 250 on all orders.
We use trusted courier partners depending on your location and package type. Courier and tracking details will be shared once your order is dispatched.
Please ensure someone is available to receive the parcel. If you are unavailable, the order may be received by a family member or trusted person on your behalf.
Our team may contact you for order confirmation. If we are unable to reach you after multiple attempts, your order may be cancelled.
You may cancel your order anytime before it has been processed or shipped.
